RedNose Option
Iron Club’s RedNose Option is a interchangeable workout choice that will appear from time to time in our program. This will appear during both Loading and Deloading phases. The goal of RedNose Training is to help prepare the Competition Oriented athlete for the rigors of their respective sports. On these days Iron Club Methods will offer advanced Kettlebell, Gymnastics, Power or Olympic lifting drills, progressions and movements.
RedNose Training is not for everyone. Those that recognize the benefit of the day’s posted RedNose Option to their sport should not apply it to their training. These Options are not intended for Novice or even most Intermediate athletes. If you’re unfamiliar with the posted RedNose Option or find yourself having to scale it down, then it currently isn’t a benefit to your training and you should avoid attempting that day’s posted RedNose Training.
